I started off taking the regular flavor so switching to the strawberry was much more tolerable. The regular was ruff. I take them straight up. Squeeze the whole packet in my mouth and get it over with, bright and early, as soon as I get up in the morning. Boy was that a challenge. But after switching to the strawberry flavor I don’t have an issue. The regular flavor was definitely grittier than the strawberry as well.

I love this product and the quality is outstanding. If you dont love the taste of honey I wouldn’t recommend it but its the best way to get the Himalayan Shilajit into your daily routine. Very easy to use and take.
