I received this cortisol balance adaptogenic drink mix in perfect condition. Everything was packaged nicely and sealed properly. I didn’t notice until I read the label that it recommends consulting a healthcare professional if you’re nursing, so I’ll be checking on that before using it.
I did do a quick taste test, and it doesn’t have a bad flavor, which is a plus! I’m looking forward to seeing if it helps me feel calmer and improves my sleep.

This drink mix dissolves quickly and easily in water. The raspberry lemon flavor is good, but not very strong. I don’t really notice any difference in my calmness level or sleep quality when using this, but it tastes good and it’s a nice relaxing drink to have at the end of the day.

I Love this product. Low Calorie, Tastes Amazing and gives you that all-over relaxed feeling. That deep breath exhale where your shoulders drop from your ears. I have also read where this drink can help lower blood pressure and blood sugar. Highly recommend!!!

Not a bad flavor but definitely not something I would willingly drink. I have used half the pack but found no calming effect. Been using for over 2 months and have not noticed anything. I will continue until I finish but I fear nothing is changing. I have only ever put this power in a 16oz bottle of water, perhaps trying it with a strong juice (cranberry, orange, grapefruit…) it would be better received.

Not only does this Drink mix taste amazing, it truly does provide a sense of calm. I suffer from mild anxiety and drinking this during these episodes have calmed me down significantly. It’s also helpful to drink at night before bedtime, it has a calming effect. It also helps me get my daily water intake in; because it’s tastes so good.

These drinks help me to fall asleep so I love them. This flavor specifically is delicious! The perfect amount of each flavor mentioned. I have had people say they’ve noticed less fat in my face from drinking these drinks once a day (every night). I am also on my feet often and go on long walks almost everyday, so that also contributes to that.

So tasty!! I’ve order this multiple times. The raspberry lemonade and blue coconut are fantastic flavors. Mixes very well! There is a very very small amount the doesn’t mix in, but I’ve had many powdered drinks before and this is one is one of the very best dissolvable powders. Digests well and works as intended.
As someone with ADHD, I really struggle with going to bed on time. I bought this to help me get to bed earlier. I would say that as someone who really fights going to bed on time, this hasn’t helped me move my bed time very much. So that is still a work in progress, but this is now part of my bed time routine which is a step in the right direction! However, I wear an Apple Watch to bed every night to track my sleep quantity and quality, and this has improved my sleep quality- I get more deep sleep now! Deep sleep is so important for mental health in general. So if you have ADHD and are also trying to make a bedtime routine, this is a great thing to help get deeper sleep and get some more hydration before bedtime as you continue to build the habit.

This is the second time I have purchased this powder. I do believe it calms the nervous system, not just a placebo effect.
I have high cortisol levels and I can tell after drinking the mixture I feel a bit relaxed and happier. The magnesium helps my muscles from soreness, and helps with sleep at night as well.
