These vitamins are awesome! I’ve only started with taking one a day. I’m slowly working myself up to the two a day. One is enough to clean you out! 😂 The only thing I didn’t like about these was that I can taste the oregano every time I burped. I later discovered that if you eat before taking them, you won’t have that problem. So, eat something first. No more digestion problems when you take these! I’m slowly starting to feel better from the inside out, and it’s slowly helping with inflammation. And if you take these at first sign of a cold, the cold is gone! Also, very easy to swallow soft gels. Excellent product and excellent price for the quantity! Definitely will be ordering again and again and again!

I saw these on Tiktok and was totally influenced to buy them. I will say I only buy Himaster brands of vitamins and supplements now because I can tell they work and are high quality. Whenever I start feeling a little sick I take one or two for a few days kind of like an antibiotic and I promise they work. I give them to my 10 year old son on occasion when he starts to get a stuffy nose or signs of illness. He gets over it in record time with these and I feel better giving him something natural and healthy. I’ve purchased them several times now because I know they work. I have broken the pills open before, they smell legit like Oregano and not some filler oil. The pill is pretty small and my son can swallow them easily, he never complains when I tell him to take them for a few days because he knows he’s going to feel better quickly. 2 weeks in and my gut heath have improved . It’s easy to swallow .Please take after a meal. I take 1 soft gel even thought 2 is recommended it’s very strong with a minty taste after liquid is release in the stomach. I recommend taking it early so you body can excrete it through the day . It brings on a warm feeling , makes me sweat . Have to drink lots is water to help flush it throughout your body . Do not recommend taking it at nighttime makes me toss and turn and uneasy . Overall it’s good skin us noticeable clearer less pimples ,no bloating I feel lighter.

Excellent product! I can tell it’s pure, and out of all the oregano oil capsules I’ve tried, this one is definitely the best. Just a tip: it’s strong, so it’s best to take one after lunch and another after dinner.
