I’ve been taking this since January and have had no issues with it , easy to swallow and no side effects. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, but I’ll update my rating once I check my vitamin D levels to see if it’s really working. So far, so good!

started taking this Vitamin D with K2 a few weeks ago, and I’m really happy with it. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I like that it combines both nutrients in one. These are a great vitamin supplement for vitamin D. I was recommended these by primary care doctor and I have been pretty satisfied with taking them so far. I will say I do wish they came in a larger quantity. This bottle is only a 30 day supply so you have to constantly repurchase. But it does work overall.

very good I’ve been taking it every day with no ill effects. doesn’t hurt my stomach. tastes like nothing & easy to swallow. i don’t know if my levels have gone up yet haven’t gotten vitamin d tested in a while. does not improve my energy that i can tell but is good for my overall wellness

I take this daily. I do believe vitamin D makes a huge difference for me personally. These are very tiny gel caps, very easy to swallow. Most Americans aren’t getting enough vitamin D. This supplement has both the vitamin D3 and K2 which is what you need to stay healthy.
